Teleplaisance is a TV channel from an association initiative.Teleplaisance’s goal is to provide to the largest number of people to be a part of the audiovisual TV broadcasting networks.Téléplaisance is technically able to TV-broadcast the scheduled programms.Every single people or group of people using Téléplaisance TV-broadcasting services, become automatically a member of the association.
Any taking part member is responsible for the contents of its programms.In this way, members shall not broadcast any message or information taking after:
- abusive, racist or revisionnist message, or any content going against the honnor or the reputation of somebody.
- pushing to the discrimination, the hate of a person or a group of persons because of their traditions, origins, belonging or not belonging to any ethnic group, nation, race or religion.
- pedophiliac content or degrading the life of a child.
- pushing to commit a criminal violence act or doing the apology of war and against humanity crimes.
Any Téléplaisance member promesses to respect rights of the others, personality rights including rights of the private life.
Any Téléplaisance member promesses not to declare and to act against the integrity of Téléplaisance.If some video of a Téléplaisance’s member ( Broadcasted on the hertzian waves or on the ADSL or on http://www.teleplaisance.org ) is having any broadcasting legal problem, or if there is a complaint about the content of it, the said member will have to pay the whole cost of the lawyer choosed by Téléplaisance.
Any Teleplaisance’s member shall agree with the fact that Téléplaisance will rebroadcast its programm ( wether it is a video tape or a digital support ) and that some extracts of it will be used to do a best-of of Téléplaisances activities.
Any Téléplaisance member agrees with the declaration of the human rights, the dignity of any part of the family of the human beings.The fact that inalienable and equal rights are the basements of libery, justice and peace.It shall act with the others in brotherhood spirit.
Any Téléplaisance member accepts not to use violence, physical or moral authority against any of the other members of Téléplaisance or it would be excluded of Téléplaisance.
Any Téléplaisance member is free.Freeness means to act without causing troubles to the others.
Any Téléplaisance member is aware of the following texts and acts in regards with:
- The Declaration of Human Rights, 26th August 1789.
- The law about the liberty of the communication number 86-1067,30th semptember 1986, modifyed by the law number 2000-719, 1st august 2000.
- The extract of the convention between the CSA and Téléplaisance.
